How long does it take to feel the Tincture, how long does it last, and can I take it every day?
The tincture is fast-acting and has a quick onset. Many people start feeling “peak” effective ~30 minutes after ingestion, lasting ~2 hours before tapering off.
You can absolutely take it everyday! Studies have shown that the life-changing effects of Kanna are best experienced with daily consumption for 30+ days. And after that, it just keeps getting better.
Additionally, Kanna has a long history of traditional daily use by the indigenous Bushmen and Khoi people in southern Africa. Kanna is non habit-forming, non-addictive with no tolerance build-up.
Will I be able to fall asleep after taking the Tincture?
Although this natural empathogen will help you relax, you’ll want to avoid taking the Tincture too close to bedtime since it can have an energizing and activating effect. Since everyone is different, try taking the Tincture earlier or lowering the dose if your desire is to wind down before hitting the hay.

They’re more tingly with a refreshing Berry and a Mint-forward taste. Most people use the Chews as a daily ritual to stay grounded, uplifted, and emotionally resilient.
The KA! Tincture offers flexible dosing and a faster onset, making it great as a midday pick-me-up or a social lubricant before going out. It’s sweeter in taste with Sandalwood-forward notes. The effects peak more quickly and taper within a few hours, making it ideal when you want something quick, subtle, and customizable.
You may combine Kanna Chews with the Kanna Tincture for a stronger, all-day effect. First take a Kanna Chew, then boost with the Kanna Tincture 60+ minutes later, as needed. Be mindful not to exceed 90mg of Kanna in a 24-hour period (that’s equal to 3 Chews or 60 drops of the Tincture.)
