Who are you and what are you all about?
I am Rachel Albo and I am a soul who is passionate about helping individuals within the collective wake up to their true gifts, realize their potential, shift out of conditioned thinking, lead with love and gratitude, and practice compassion for all beings.
I love meeting new soul-aligned people, spending time in nature, going to new coffee shops, and dancing (such an incredible form of expression & release)! I love all things music (especially electronic music) — I think it's an important part of the human experience that allows us to connect deeply with our own inner being while also energetically connecting with others.
I believe that there is no wrong decision in this life as long as you’re acting on pure, honest intention and leading with love, and that the universe is always guiding you in the right direction (even when it may not be clear to us).
Do you have a practice/business/service? If so, what is it and why did you start?
I am an embodiment coach. I empower souls through intuitive guidance, embodiment practices, and transformative experiences, offering tools and spaces for self-expression, healing, and connection to one’s higher self. Through workshops, wellness retreats, and individualized coaching, I guide every client on a journey of self-discovery and deep inner knowing, helping them rise within and embody their authentic essence.
17+ years of combined professional experience as an occupational therapist, personal trainer, autoimmune coach, group fitness instructor, podcast host, and retreat facilitator, paired with my own profound life experiences have divinely led me to my current offerings as an embodiment coach.

How did you learn about KA!?
I actually learned about KA! through an educational psychedelics page I stumbled across. I think they had done a collaborative post and I was immediately intrigued and did a deep dive into KA!
How do you incorporate KA! into your life? What kind of impact has it had?
I take my KA! tincture first thing every morning; I am pretty sensitive to plant medicine so I micro dose about 10 drops per day (sometimes more if I want an extra boost to my system). It makes me feel more grounded and less anxious, allowing me to carry on through my day with an open heart.
What lesson has KA! taught you?
KA! Has taught me how to find a slower, more grounded essence throughout each day. It has taught me to find wonder in the small things again and that most worries we have tend to be pretty insignificant.
Who do you envision sharing KA! with and how?
I share the love of KA! With everyone! Mostly friends who are looking for holistic ways to support their mental health or alternative & safe ways to find a grounded, euphoric state within social settings.

I love the tincture — but I am just a tincture gal in general with many wellness supplements. :)
